Hi there! I'm Sony founder of Purely Nourish.
I have always been passionate about cooking, coming from Hispanic and Indian backgrounds. I enjoy recreating recipes as well as creating my own. Cooking for my two picky older daughters, aged 10 and 7, has been a challenge due to their texture issues, but it has also fueled my creativity. After working in finance and taxation for nearly 7 years in NYC, I realized that it was not fulfilling for me. I decided to pursue a career in nutrition after my eldest daughter's constipation worsened. Becoming a Nutrition specialist not only helped solve my daughter's health issues but also educated me on the science behind food and our bodies.I am devoted to educating my clients through personalized nutrition and optimizing meal plans. I firmly believe that "Personalization is the future of unlimited wellness."
